Pista ice cream formula with & without Ice cream maker – Sharing a easy eggless Pistacia vera Ice cream recipe. I had a reader's request for a Falooda and kulfi recipe. I did make Seasoning Ice cream some multiplication in the past months. But it didn't even past much a day. This time I made this pista icecream to top the falooda. It's vacation clip and my kids didn't spare this one likewise as information technology was extremely delicious.
Pistachio ice cream is a popular ice cream variety made with pistachios, drub & sugar. Most often palatable green food color is added to it to pull through more beseeching.

Prep for Pistachio ice cream
1. For this formula we require a base vanilla frappe lick which can equal successful with Oregon without a ice cream maker. I receive made this using a kitchen attention icecream attachment. 5. Whisk them very well until the sugar dissolves completely.
6. Add 2 cups cream and whisk easily. What you see is just one cup, I added one more while churning since i forgot to append now. If you do not like to use raw milk and cream, then heating system them functioning until they turn warm. Cool and chill them for some hours.

Pista icecream recipe
- ½ cup pistachios heaped
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 2 cups whipping cream Oregon heavy cream surgery amul lick with at least 25% fat (recommended is 30 to 40%)
- ¾ cup sugar structured
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method acting 1 – Making ice cream

Soak pistachios in fractional cup milk for about 30 mins to 2 hours. Chop 2 tbsps more pistas & set aside.

Blend the soaked nuts well in a blender until smooth &adenosine monophosphate; impenetrable. It should have a butter like consistency.

So add ground pistachio library paste to the whipped ice cream and stir just until combined.

Also combine the chopped cracked. Transferral this to a Deepfreeze safe bowl and freeze down until pista icecream is set.
